These can be made with ground beef, turkey, or chicken. I love the taste of buffalo though!
1 lbs. ground buffalo
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried thyme
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and use your hands to mix.
Form mixture into meatballs, and cook for 40-45 minutes in a 375ºF oven.
