this is just a really good way to have a burger.
4 oz. ground buffalo
sea salt to taste
1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread
1 c. baby arugula
1 onion
1 tomato
1 slc. manchego cheese
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Form the ground buffalo into a patty, and generously salt both sides of it.
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place patty in hot oil to sear. Flip after about 3 minutes, and add the manchego. Meanwhile, toast the bread.
When the patty is done cooking, create your sandwich: bread, arugula, tomato, burger, cheese, onion. Deeelish!
