Brownie Cookies

Healthy, delicious, gluten-free brownie cookies! Beware... they are addicting!


    1 c. almond butter

    1/4 c. honey, raw

    1 egg

    2 tbsp. coconut oil

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    5 tbsp. cacao powder

    1 tsp. baking soda

    1/2 tsp. sea salt


Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the almond butter and honey in a bowl, and mix until well combined. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Drop batter onto baking sheet by the spoonful (these do spread a little so space them apart). Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before storing in an airtight container.
