So easy and yummy! My favorite way to make tilapia! And my kids even love it :)
2 lbs. tilapia
3 oz. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. fresh basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Preheat broiler. Grease broiling pan or line with foil.
Mix together Parmesan cheese, butter, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice. Season with spices, mix well, and set aside.
Season tilapia fillets with sea salt and pepper to taste and broil 4-5 minutes on each side. Top with Parmesan mixture and broil an additional 3-5 minutes, until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with a fresh salad or brown/wild rice.
