Broccoli Salad

This tasty salad makes a great addition to any meal. Make it several hours ahead of time and refrigerate to let the flavor really develop.


  • 3 bch. broccoli, fresh, organic
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, mild, raw, organic
  • 6 pce. turkey bacon, nitrate-free organic
  • 6 tbs. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 1/4 med. onion, any type, organic
  • stevia, loose to taste
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise, homemade, organic


Cook turkey bacon, dry on paper towel to remove fat, and crumble into small pieces. Chop broccoli and add to bacon in a large bowl. Add shredded cheese and chopped onion; stir to combine.

In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise and vinegar. Add mayo mixture to broccoli mixture and stir to combine. Lastly, add the stevia to taste (optional).
