This tasty salad makes a great addition to any meal. Make it several hours ahead of time and refrigerate to let the flavor really develop.
2/3 c. homemade mayonnaise
3 bch. broccoli
2 c. mild cheddar cheese
6 pce. turkey bacon
6 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
stevia to taste
1/4 med. onion
Cook turkey bacon, dry on paper towel to remove fat, and crumble into small pieces. Chop broccoli and add to bacon in a large bowl. Add shredded cheese and chopped onion; stir to combine.
In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise and vinegar. Add mayo mixture to broccoli mixture and stir to combine. Lastly, add the stevia to taste (optional).
