Broccoli 101 by Vi

Broccoli cooked this way is DELICIOUS. It's so simple, quick, and keeps its nutrients.


    1 stlk. broccoli

    1 tsp. coconut oil

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    1 dsh. black pepper

    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    1/4 c. water


Cut florets from stems. Thinly slice stems. Melt coconut oil in a skillet, put stems on bottom and florets on top of stems. Add water and cover. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes on medium/low heat. Add salt, pepper, and garlic herb seasoning. Even the stems are delicious. (Increase amounts for more servings)
