This recipe can be easily tweaked to accommodate your personal metabolism type as well for if your eating partner/s have +/- food needs or if they are a different metabolism type.
1 Italian turkey sausage
1 c. snow peas
1/4 c. brown mushrooms
1/4 c. onion
1 dsh. garlic powder
sea salt to taste
2 tsp. coconut oil
Start cooking sausage in iron skillet. (for a quicker meal, have sausage already cooked) Add a small amount of water or coconut oil if sticking. Wash and de-string snow peas, wash and chop mushrooms, onions, and if using fresh, chop garlic as well. When sausage is mostly cooked/heated, add 1/2 -1 teaspoon coconut oil, snow peas, onions, and mushrooms, season w/ salt and garlic to taste and cover. Let veggies cook to your preferred doneness, occasionally stirring mix. When veggies are done to your liking, carefully slice sausage and serve on plate or bowl. If you pour a cup of hot water into the skillet when it's empty on the (turned off) stove, the skillet will clean up super easy by the time you are ready to eat.
