This is a modification of the breakfast pudding recipe I tried using leftover brown was delicious!


    1/2 oz. walnuts

    1 brown rice

    1/2 c. almond milk

    1 egg

    honey, raw to taste

    1 dsh. cinnamon

    1 dsh. nutmeg


Warm rice in small pan with almond milk until bubbly, stir in egg, walnuts and seasonings. Enjoy!!!
