Breakfast Rice

This is a modification of the breakfast pudding recipe I tried using leftover brown rice...it was delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 brown rice
  • 1/2 c. almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • honey, raw to taste
  • 1 dsh. cinnamon
  • 1 dsh. nutmeg
  • 1/2 oz. walnuts

Directions

Warm rice in small pan with almond milk until bubbly, stir in egg, walnuts and seasonings. Enjoy!!!
