Delicious fruit smoothie - the flaxseed oil makes it creamy!

Ingredients

    1/2 med. frozen banana

    1/4 med. orange

    1/4 c. pineapple

    1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate

    1 tsp. flaxseed oil

    1 c. water

    1 c. ice

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

I always follow this with a hot cup of coffee or tea!
