A fantastic smoothie that shouts health. Great way to start your day. I use frozen fruit so no need for ice cubes. If your fruit is fresh, use frozen coconut water cubes or just add ice cubes. This smoothie isn't even very green if your berry mix includes more blueberries 😉
1 c. spinach
3/4 c. mixed berries
2 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tsp. ground flax seeds
3/4 c. coconut water
1/2 c. almond milk
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. chia seeds
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend to your favorite consistency.
