Breakfast Oatmeal

Very fulfilling breakfast of oatmeal with egg, banana, walnuts, and cinnamon.


  • 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. milk, raw or organic
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 med. banana
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. walnuts
  • cinnamon to taste
  • stevia to taste


Boil oatmeal with water and milk, and add a bit of stevia. Whisk in egg, and add sliced banana. Pour into a bowl, and stir in cinnamon, butter, and chopped walnuts.
