A quick and easy, filling breakfast!
1/3 c. old-fashioned oats
6 oz. Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 c. homemade coconut milk
liquid stevia to taste
Combine oats and chia seeds in a coffee grinder (or a small food processor); grind. Move contents to a blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk as needed. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
