Bread-less Egg BLT

This is so simple and I am sure many of us have made it before, but thought it deserved a picture and recipe in the BD recipe section! Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

    2 tomato

    4 slc. uncured bacon

    4 egg

    1 romaine lettuce

Directions

  1. Heat pan over medium heat.
  2. Wash tomato and slice. 3.Place bacon on heated pan.
  3. Cook bacon until liking. Drain on plate with paper towels.
  4. Turn heat to low. Crack four eggs in pan. Turn heat back to medium.
  5. When eggs are set, flip carefully to not break yolks (unless you like them over medium/hard).
  6. Place eggs on sliced romain and sliced tomato. Top eggs with bacon slices. Eat!
