I love spicy food, especially wings. This is a good and tasty substitute, plus it's much healthier!
3 oz. chicken breast
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 oz. blue cheese
1 c. celery
hot pepper sauce to taste
Cut chicken into cubes. (I use precooked leftovers, but raw is fine.) Fry chicken in coconut oil until crispy on the outside and well cooked. Drizzle with hot sauce to taste (I like a lot). Serve with blue cheese crumbles and celery sticks.
