Bolognese with Kale

Add some greens to your meat sauce for a healthy comfort meal!


    1/2 lbs. ground beef

    2 clove garlic

    1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

    2 c. kale

    2 c. tomato sauce


Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Wash and tear kale into bite-sized pieces; add to skillet. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until kale is wilted. Reduce heat to low, add tomato sauce, and stir to combine. When the sauce is heated through, serve warm.
