A quick and easy, high fiber breakfast or afternoon snack.
1 c. water
1/2 c. oat bran
1 c. blueberries
1 tsp. ground flax seeds
cinnamon to taste
Place water in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, slowly add the oat bran, stirring to ensure there are no lumps. Once all of the oat bran is thoroughly mixed in, pour mixture over blueberries. Add the ground flax and gently mix together to combine. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
