This is a quick, easy and delicious summer sorbet! If the blueberries are particularly sweet, you can probably cut down on the honey.
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. honey, raw
1 tsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. sea salt
3 c. frozen blueberries
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Move mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze until hard, about 1 hour. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. So yummy.
