A super simple salad that makes an excellent detox lunch.
2 c. kale
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. blueberries
1 tsp. chia seeds
Combine finely chopped kale, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Toss to evenly coat kale. Add blueberries and chia seeds, and toss to combine.
