Easy to make and super yummy!
1 c. frozen blueberries
1/2 c. milk, raw or organic
1 c. Greek yogurt
1 med. banana
1 tsp. flax seeds
Put everything in a blender and blend until desired texture is reached. If you want a colder smoothy, try freezing the banana and blueberries the night before!
