A scrumptious treat for any time of the day.
1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. water
1/2 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
1/8 tsp. baking powder
3 egg
1/2 c. blueberries
1 dsh. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Pour mixture into a pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
