Tired of oil-based dressings? Try this creamy blue cheese dressing on your salad or with any spicy foods.
2 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. canned coconut milk
1 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. coconut sugar
1/4 tsp. mustard seed, ground
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1 oz. blue cheese
Combine all ingredients and mix well, smashing the larger chunks of blue cheese into smaller pieces. Let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more to infuse more blue cheese flavor into the dressing.
