This recipe is great with all veggies as a dip, or on top of a steak or chicken. It's also quick and easy if you need to take something to a party.
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. blue cheese
8 green olives
Use an electric mixer to mix the cream cheese and blue cheese together. Add in chopped olives and about 2-3 tablespoons (or to taste) of the brine the olives come in.
