I just threw this together and all my coworkers were drooling over how good it looked...and the flavors were perfect! The zero cook time is assuming you have things cooked up ahead of time, like I did. Adjust the protein content for whatever meal you are having.....this was for lunch for a protein type.
2 c. romaine lettuce
1 c. cherry tomato
1 oz. avocado
1 tbsp. onion
3 oz. grilled chicken breast
1 slc. uncured bacon
1/4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Just make a salad!
Tear up your lettuce, add cherry tomatoes, slice up your chicken into bite sized pieces and throw it in, sprinkle on onions and bacon bits.
Mash up the 1 ounce of avocado and mix it real well with oil and vinegar or 1 tablespoon of Isabel's Famous Salad Dressing (http://www.beyonddiet.com/recipes/isabels-famous-salad-dressing) to make an avocado salad dressing that will coat the salad throughout.
