Throw all the ingredients in the crockpot and you've got a southwest dinner that cooks itself!
30 oz. canned black beans
2 canned diced green chilies
14 1/2 oz. stewed tomatoes, canned
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, canned
1 c. corn on the cob, fresh, organic
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours and enjoy. Top with cheese if desired.
