Black Bean Burrito

Very filling burrito with beans & veggies. Very tasty, and satisfying.


    1/4 c. canned black beans

    1 onion

    1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    2 kale

    1 avocado

    1/4 c. fresh made salsa

    1 sprouted whole grain tortilla


Cut your onion into medium sized chunks. Once that is done throw them on a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat until browned & soft with a sweet taste. Now cut your Kale leaves into small chunks, and wait for the onions to be ALMOST fully cooked before you throw them in the pan to cook. Otherwise the Kale will get too mushy & will shrink too much. Once that is done heat up your Re-Fried beans & your tortilla. Once the tortilla is heated, add about 2 or 3 table-spoons of re-friend black beans, add about 3 tablespoons of onions. Now cut your avocado in half, take the half that does not have the large seed & slice it and put into burrito as well. Now add salsa of your choice, if any at all... and enjoy!
