Southwest/Mexican style chili with all-natural, uncured hot dogs.
28 oz. stewed tomatoes, canned
14 oz. corn, canned, organic
1 med. red bell pepper
1 med. green bell pepper
1 med. yellow bell pepper
1 tsp. garlic
3 hot dog, beef, uncured, nitrite-free
1 white onion
30 oz. canned black beans
Combine all the ingredients into a medium size crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
