This was so good after I mixed it all together I wanted to drink it all like a milkshake before putting it in the freezer! I did have a few yulps though:) Also, you really do not have to freeze it. Just put in the frig and the coconut milk and yogurt will congeal leaving a very creamy firm cream.
8 oz. Greek yogurt
16 fl oz. canned coconut milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. cacao powder
2 tbsp. stevia
Add all ingredients in blender to mix. Divide into 4 - 1/2 Cup containers and freeze. I added a carb b/c of the cocoa powder but you really don't get a full carb from it. You can also add chopped nuts but don't forget to count the extra proteins. (I bet ya drink the first 1/2 cup serving like a milkshake it's so good;)
