Fabulous burgers that need little or no condiments.
1 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. lemon zest
3 tbsp. feta cheese
2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. sea salt
black pepper to taste
fresh basil to taste
1 egg
1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Form into four patties.
Grill until cooked to your preference.
If you must add a condiment, I suggest homemade tzaziki or raita, made with a Greek yogurt base and organic vegetables.
