Beautiful combination of berries, banana, almond milk and nut butter
1 tbsp. muesli, organic
1 tbsp. coconut flakes
1 med. banana
1/2 tbsp. cacao nibs
1 c. frozen berries
1 med. frozen banana
1 c. homemade almond milk
2 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 indv. frozen acai berries
Blend berries, frozen banana, almond milk, coconut oil, almond butter, and acai berry (you can use powder if berries unavailable) until smooth. Divide into 2 bowls (you can freeze leftovers). Top with muesli, coconut flakes, sliced banana, or cacao nibs (topping variations are endless).
