This has a sweeter taste than the usual berry smoothie.
2 oz. Greek yogurt
1 c. almond milk
1 c. berries
stevia to taste
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a tablespoon of chia seeds for added nutritional benefits.
