On a bed of fresh spinach, as much as you want, add 1/4 cup of walnuts, 1/4 cup crubled gouda cheese, and a cup of strawberries. Use 2 TBLS Raspberry Walnut Balsamic Dressing. Can add a chicken breast for more protein.
2 c. spinach
1 c. strawberries
1/4 c. walnuts
1/4 c. feta cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 oz. chicken breast, skin-on
