Refreshing and fruity... the perfect breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients

    1 med. red apple

    1 c. frozen berries

    6 ice

    1/2 c. Greek yogurt

    1/2 c. milk, raw or organic

Directions

Cut up the apple, place all ingredients in a blender, and blend for about two minutes.
