Great for when you want something a little sweet and desert like and makes a great weekday breakfast!
1 c. frozen blueberries
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
6 oz. Greek yogurt
Wash berries. In a bowl, combine berries, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and whisk.
You could add sliced almonds or nut of choice to add protein
