No grain fajitas!
1 sml. beef roast
1 shredded cheese
1 extra virgin olive oil
1 romaine lettuce
1 green bell pepper
Slice green bell pepper into strips. Heat oil in small skillet over medium high heat. Saute for 2 minutes. Slice steak into strips and add to skillet. Cook until pink in the middle (about 6 minutes). Wrap in leaf of lettuce. Top with cheese if desired.
