Excellent vegetarian salad!
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 c. green beans
1/2 c. cooked kidney beans
1 oz. avocado
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together and serve cold.
*For vegetarians: 3 protein, 1 fat
