A very easy and delicious new way to enjoy bok choy
1 head baby bok choy
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Cut bok choy in half lengthwise. Rinse well to get ride of any sand or dirt accumulated in leaves. Brush each half of bok choy with oil, salt, pepper, grated garlic, and any other seasonings you might like. Place on bbq grill over medium low heat. Turn often to ensure even cooking. Once stems are al dente, it's done. Remove root and separate leaves. (If cooking for one you can grill bok choy leaves individually, but place stems over direct and leaves over indirect as they will burn.)
