A simple, tasty granola.
3 c. old-fashioned oats
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. walnuts
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine oats and chopped nuts. Season with cinnamon and sea salt. Mix in maple syrup to coat oats and nuts.
Move mixture to baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Recipe yields nine 1/2-cup servings.
