Basic Granola

Servings: 10

Granola great with yogurt.


    2 c. old-fashioned oats

    1/3 c. honey, raw

    2/3 c. mixed nuts

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    3 tbsp. coconut oil

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    1/8 tsp. ground ginger

    1/8 tsp. nutmeg

    1/8 tsp. cinnamon

    2/3 c. dried fruit


Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix everything except the dried fruit together. Pour into a glass pan or jelly roll pan and bake in oven for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Let cool and add dried fruit.
