This is a delicious quick and easy recipe that is perfect for the chocolate lover!
1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
1/2 c. milk, raw or organic
1 pinch stevia
1 med. banana
4 strawberries
1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
1/2 c. water
cinnamon to taste
Combine oats, milk, and water in a pot over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Once the oats have reached your desired texture and consistency, remove from heat, and let cool for a couple minutes. Stir in the protein powder (I use chocolate!) and stevia. Top with sliced banana and strawberries, Greek yogurt, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
