I love to have this green smoothie after my morning walk.
1 med. banana
1/2 c. spinach
1 c. ice
2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. milk, raw or organic
1 tsp. honey, raw
Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
