Delicious dairy-free smoothie.
1/4 c. frozen raspberries
1 tsp. honey, raw
1 tbsp. flax seeds
2 tsp. sunflower seeds
1 tsp. almonds
3/4 c. almond milk
1/2 lrg. banana
Put ingredients into blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth and thick. Pour into a glass. Enjoy.
Note: Can substitute 2 tablespoons of LSA for flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
