Banana Raisin Nut Bread

Banana Raisin Nut Bread - organic, good for you but tasty too!!


    1/2 c. raisins

    1 tsp. baking soda

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    1/2 c. coconut oil

    2 indv. stevia packet

    1/2 c. honey, raw

    1 c. banana

    2 tbsp. milk, raw or organic

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    2 egg

    1 1/2 c. oatmeal flour, organic

    1/2 c. flaxseed oil

    1/2 c. chopped nuts


Directions Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease (with coconut oil or non stick spray) bottom only of 9x5 or 8x4-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except nuts and raisins; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Stir in nuts and raisins with spoon. Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake @ 350ºF. For 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool another 10 minutes before slicing
