Easy, filing breakfast.
1 egg
1/2 banana
2 tsp. flax seeds
1 tsp. coconut oil
Mix egg, banana, flaxseed in a mixer. Heat one teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan. Heat pancake on med until both sides are golden brown. Top with Greek yogurt, fruit or nut butter or eat plain.
