Gluten-free, guilt-free muffins!
2 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. Greek yogurt
2 egg
2 tbsp. honey, raw
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 banana
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Divide batter among 12 muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
