A delicious and healthy protein-packed snack.
1 med. banana
2 oz. walnuts
cinnamon to taste
1/3 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
stevia to taste
With a large spoon, mash the banana in a small bowl until it forms a gooey consistency. Add chopped walnuts, protein powder, cinnamon, and stevia. Stir to mix well.
