This is a great breakfast option - just add two scrambled eggs and you're done.
1 c. old-fashioned oats
2 c. water
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 oz. walnuts
1 tbsp. coconut flakes
3 tbsp. coconut sugar
1/2 med. banana
Boil water in a saucepan. Add oats and sea salt. Cook over medium heat. When oatmeal is almost done add coconut sugar, cinnamon, and sliced banana. Pour in two bowls and sprinkle with walnuts and coconut flakes. Yum!
