Banana Custard Popsicle

Frozen Treats!


    1 banana

    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

    1 1/2 c. almond milk

    1 tsp. honey, raw

    4 egg

    3 tbsp. coconut oil

    1 tbsp. coconut flour


Heat almond milk and coconut oil in a sauce pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes - don't let it boil. Turn heat off. Mix the other ingredients together and slowly add to the hot milk. Let cool, and pour into a 6 x 6 Tupperware container and cover. Freeze overnight and then pop them out of the Tupperware and let thaw for 20 minutes. Cut them in to fingers and put them back in the freezer until you're ready to eat them.
