A tasty well-balanced breakfast!
1 c. banana
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1/4 c. almond milk
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 c. spinach
3 ice
1 tbsp. walnuts
Combine 1/2 banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, spinach, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Move mixture to a bowl, and top with remaining banana (sliced) and chopped walnuts.
