No refined sugar necessary in this deliciously sweet banana bread!
2 c. oat flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. honey, raw
1/2 c. applesauce
2 egg
3 med. banana
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
Using a large bowl for dry ingredients - combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the applesauce and honey together. Stir in the eggs and bananas (mashed) until everything is blended well.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just enough to moisten them. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes, then turn onto a wire rack.
