All the flavor (and texture) of banana bread... in smoothie form!
3/4 med. frozen banana
1/4 c. old-fashioned oats
1/2 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
1/2 oz. walnuts
1/2 c. almond milk
cinnamon to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Add more almond milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
